Vladimir Streshinsky was born in 1969. In 1992 he graduated with honors from the aeromechanics and flight vehicles department of the Moscow Physics and Technology Institute.

At present, Vladimir Streshinsky holds membership in the directors boards of METALLOINVEST, OJSC Telecominvest, OJSC MegaFon, PH Kommersant, MUZ TV and 7 TV. Married, has three children.
