Peter-Service was founded in 1992 and in 2007 the company celebrated its 15th anniversary. At the moment Peter-Service is in the lead in the national market of innovation billing systems designers and CRM solutions for telecom operators. Peter-Service provides its clients with a full range of services, including development, installation and maintenance of software products as well as their integration with other information systems (payment, accounting, warehouse, etc.).
The company’s quality management system in the sphere of designing, development, installation, maintenance and integration of applications for automated billing systems is certified for compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2000. Peter-Service’s revenue gained in 2006 from selling its own services and licenses exceeded 2.5 billion rubles.
The company has more than 50 clients in Russia, CIS and Europe among which there are leading telecom operators. In particular, among Peter-Service's clients there are OJSC MegaFon, OJSC Vympelcom, OJSC Mobile TeleSystems, KievStar, Vodafone Romania S.A., CJSC SkyLink, OJSC Rostelecom, OJSC North-West Telecom, CJSC Interregional Transit Telecom, and others.
The headcount of the company numbers about 600 highly skilled experts who have wide experience in developing and maintenance of IT-products for telecommunications. The headquarters are located in Saint-Petersburg, and there are regional representatives in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar and Ekaterinburg.

Peter-Service develops and promotes some reproduced products, its basic reproduced products are:
- PETER-SERVICE BIS, a billing information system designed to automatize operations of a telecom company. It has the certificate of conformance as the universal reproduced system of the highest complexity degree for application on communications networks with a capacity of up to 15 million subscribers;
- PETER-SERVICE BISrt – a convergent billing solution for servicing both contract and pre-paid subscribers;
- PETER-SERVICE ITC – a system for mutual settlements between operators. It was installed in 1999 for the first time;
- PETER-SERVICE RSS – a clearing center and roaming support system;
- PETER-SERVICE SCC – a self-service center for providing telecom subscribers with interactive interfaces allowing them to manage their accounts by their own;
- PETER-SERVICE IVR – a talking server designed to automatize subscriber servicing;
- PETER-SERVICE CMS – a contact management system designed to automatize business processes of clients servicing in telecom companies;
- PETER-SERVICE HRS – a high-performance rating server designed for calculating the cost of calls made by subscribers of fixed-line, GSM or CDMS operators;
- PETER-SERVICE HEX – a control system for telecom equipment such as switches, voice mail and prepaid systems;
